"My State Farm agency is the 507 Shipyard Blvd office, and my agent is Casey Marshburn who I would like to nominate for Sainthood! I recently had a problem with the credit card company I use for autopay, and their Customer Service had me pulling my hair out. This required multiple phone calls and emails to Casey, as well as two changes to my payment set up. Casey was helpful, supportive, and ha the patience of Job! I unconditionally recommend this office and this rep."

"Kressa O’Connor answers the phone just about every time I call my local state farm office to make my vehicle payment and today Kressa said your payment is for now on 73.97 and that is your big savings reward for being accident free and I told Kressa your the best and made my day and then Kressa wished me a happy Thanksgiving and emailed me my receipt and I wished Kressa O'Connor a happy Thanksgiving too and have a wonderful day. "Tripp Wells has been so incredibly helpful and patient and kind throughout our dealing with a Traditional IRA left by my sister at her death. We know nothing in regard to all that’s required to complete the process, and have had to contact him numerous times. "I must say that this agency has definitely been helpful since I switched back to them. While talking on the phone with Mr. Sean, he didn't just go over Life Insurance with me, he went into full detail about the possibilities that could happen and how the policy will help out in any situation. Not only did he do that, he also wasn't pressuring me to sign up for the policy, Mr. Sean instead mentioned that I can think about it, and if I had any more questions I could reach out. The main things I like about this place, is not feeling pressured into signing up for policies, go into full detail (very knowledgeable) about the policies and answer any questions you have, and they call you beforehand to set up an appointment to have the call so you're not caught off guard."

"This 5 star review is specifically for Amy! I could bore you to tears with the saga that got me to Amy but to summarize- I needed documentation that on one specific day in February, 3 years ago, the state of Virginia needed proof that I was still insured after I moved and transferred my policy to NC. I only found out I needed this because I tried to go get my license renewed and I was told I had to simply make a quick call...5 months later (and many many things happening outside of this) we finally meet Amy. On this particular morning I had spoken to the Virginia State Farm office, the North Carolina State Farm office and was finally sent to this angel. I explained to her what was going on plus what I thought might be blocking other agents from finding the exact thing I needed. BTW, they were all also lovely to work with, no complaints, but Amy wins. Between my clues and her talent she found it! She sent it over to me and I got the rest resolved. May her magic carry on with me to the DMV later to finally get this license taken care of lol. Jonathan Calhoun, give Amy a raise and a month paid vacation because she is literally making me want to come back to State Farm as a client just because of how calm to speak with, quick to listen, and determined to find the answer to my problem Amy was. Thank you so much, Amy!!!"

"Being self employed I realized I needed to start my IRA but wanted to be sure I was doing the right things. Tripp took great care of me and showed me a detailed analysis of potential and very possible projections to include different avenues to reach them. He also included what it would look like after I retire and begin to use these funds. These things can be confusing, but after speaking with him and his ability to turn difficult things into something I can easily understand I feel extremely comfortable and know he has my best interest in mind. I highly recommend for the same experience."
