"It's no surprise to any homeowner that insurance are rising, rising, rising. This year, when my HO policy came up for renewal, I did a little comparison shopping. Within 24 hours, I received a personalized response from State Farm agent, Kressa O'Connor, here in the Wilmington, NC vicinity. I must have had 1,000 questions and concerns that I emailed to Kressa, and she responded to each and every one within a few hours. She was consistently, kind, professional and as patient as as a saint! Not only did she get me better coverage on my homeowners, she saved me a total of $1,300 this year on my homeowners, wind/hail and automobile insurance. I cannot say enough good things about the service I received from Kressa. Thank you, Kressa, from the bottom of my heart!
UPDATE!!!! I thought we get wiser as we get older, but that is not always the case. I messed up on my flood policy last year [I thought I could handle it myself] and I bypassed my agent, KRESSA OCONNOR to purchase a policy........BIG MISTAKE. I recently needed to make some "insured" changes to the policy I purchased from Wright Flood and trying to deal directly with them is frustrating. As always, KRESSA swooped in and saved the day!!! And saved me $$$ in the process! I really don't know how she manages to make every client feel like we're the only one she has to deal with. Her response time is consistently SPOT ON. Kressa, I'm a lifer when it comes to your services!!! THANK AGAIN SO VERY MUCH!"

"I recently called my State Farm insurance office to double check to make sure I had "hurricane" insurance included into my homeowners policy. I spoke with a very delightful young man named Drew. He admitted he was new to the insurance game but went out of his way to make sure I, did in fact, have a grandfathered in hurricane coverage in my policy. He didn't hesitate to double check with his supervisor since the hurricane coverage has recently changed. Since housing prices have dramatically increased, he also reminded me of my current "replacement cost" and calculated a current replacement cost adjustment. Im now covered with an updated replacement cost, for just a few dollars more, and comprehensive hurricane coverage.
